We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location made it easy for the kids to explore nearby museums and engage in fun art activities. The staff was consistently friendly, and we appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which accommodated our pet comfortably.
In my wife’s opinion, they could improve on having more family-friendly dining options.

Excellent stay with cozy atmosphere
I had a fantastic experience staying here! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short stroll to the tube station and many attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and our room was both comfortable and well-appointed with a lovely bay window. I also appreciated the delightful breakfast options available, making for a great start to each day. The only drawback was that the room temperature was a bit warm, which affected my sleep despite opening the windows for ventilation.

Charming bar area creates a perfect spot for unwinding after a long day. The hotel offers an intriguing architecture that feels both historic yet cozy, making it a unique retreat in the heart of the city. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the nearest underground station, enhancing accessibility for city exploration.
The room felt a bit cramped due to a small table, which wasn't ideal for working. Unfortunately, there were only a few plugs available since all lights had their own special plug, making it challenging for charging multiple devices. During some shower times, I found the water unexpectedly warm despite using the cold tap, which could be bothersome for those seeking a consistent experience. I encountered some issues with the general upkeep of facilities—the shower head holder was broken, which made using it rather inconvenient. the breakfast area seemed awfully small, often leading to a crowded experience during busy hours.

The location was highly convenient, just a short walk from the Gloucester Road tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long workday. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, going out of their way to fulfill requests, such as preparing warm soy milk for breakfast.
The heating in the room was ineffective, and the bar could use some refurbishment.
